No sooner has your body reached its peak in your twenties ,that it begins the slow and long decline into aging. Aging is a disease and anti aging is the slowing down of that disease. Unlike what some people think, aging is not an inevitable process and a natural consequence of time .Aging is a progressive deficiency disease and optimum health is controlling that disease. Me and my wife have started taking NO2 every day as a supplement for better fitness and health. Our goal is to lose some weight and put on strong muscle and build our bodies into a more youthful look. We are both in our late 40s and have fallen into the junk food diet many people live every day. Our job is very active and we have to stay on our toes moving around a lot and carrying equipment to different locations we are photographers.

As a Photographer we shoot weddings family portraits and anything anyone needs photographed. Shooting a wedding is a very aerobic event for us because we move around so much to get the right shot and carry around extra equipment like off-camera lighting extra lenses and batteries.

Now back to NO2
what I will do is create updates to this article with the progress we have achieved while taking NO2 and talk about how well it’s working or not working for us.

But now with the NO2 in me my neck was stronger and I ended up with no neck pain at the end of the night it was an overall good experience.
We continued taking our NO2 and working out as much as we could three to four times a week. By the end of the second week it’s very easy to see that I have much more muscle definition and downright larger muscles in my arms shoulders legs everywhere. Many people might ask does it have any side effects and my reply is yes.
The side effects I have experienced are good a slight calming feeling and a overall feeling of being stronger standing up taller because I feel like I have more strength in my back now so I am not slouching as much.

I now can see far better without my glasses everything is more sharper and detailed now. I do not know how NO2 has promoted this change but my guess would be the fact that NO2 helps create strong muscles and it may be helping the muscles in my eyes to focus better that’s all I can think of.
