Persistent Hypertension can be Reduced by Clean Air Filtration
Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, often caused by stress, is a medically recognised problem whereby the blood pressure has become dangerously high. The medical profession believe that hypertension, especially persistent hypertension, can result in more chance of the patient having a heart attack, stroke, heart failure, kidney failure, or increase the risk of an aneurysm in an artery - an aneurysm is synonymous with a weak artery wall; this aneurysm can ultimately burst which is then cause for great concern and if expert assistance is not found immediately, the patient will die.
No doubt, there are a number of treatments and medicines available for the treatment of hypertension. But as the saying goes, “Precaution is better than cure”. So, we must consider this saying and listen to the experts in order to prevent the hypertension.
Most Humans would agree that clean air and healthy living, together with a long life, are very important to them. Especially in our cities, the amount of traffic and industrialization spewing pollutants into the air and the change in World climates have made trying to breathe fresh clean air much more difficult.
Air conditioners have proven useful, but only to the extent of keeping the temperature around us comfortable. They are not designed to filter or improve the air quality. Governmental agencies like the Environment Protection Agency have officially declared that poor indoor air quality is the number one cause of increasing numbers of asthma sufferers. Nearly one third of all Americans have problems with asthma and allergies, as a direct result of the poor air quality.
As in life you learn to make new friends, this approach can be applied to food: Consider chocolate no longer as one of your friends and try to find a more nourishing treat instead: after a few days, initially less attractive foods like carrots and celery can start to seem less abhorrent. Sure, this does seem a bit of a steep hill to climb initially, but try to focus on getting into that pair of jeans which is one size smaller than the pair you are wearing now and this will help you achieve your goal. Just do a little bit at a time.
One good dieting tip to diet healthy is to improve the quality of your food. Try not to set unrealistic goals and each day will become easier. The better quality food that you have, the greater the energy available to you and the more energy you have, the more you will be ready to do some form of exercise and then your body will seem like a finely tuned machine and working to help you. It’s not sensible to put low-grade fuel in your car if it isn’t built for that, so why put poor quality fuel in your body?
